Catch That Kid!

Catch That Kid! is a 2004 American adventure comedy film directed by Bart Freundlich.

Here's a full synopsis of it.
Madeline Rose "Maddy" Phillips (Kristen Stewart) is a 12-year old girl who loves to climb. Her father, Tom (Sam Robards), has climbed Mount Everest, so it runs in the family. Several years earlier, Tom fell more than 100 feet during a climb, and because her parents are afraid she might hurt herself, they have ordered Maddy not to climb. Tom had some internal injuries from that earlier fall, which he didn't know, and now the injury has paralyzed him from the neck down. There is an experimental operation, costing $250,000, which can save him. Insurance won't pay for the operation, and the family doesn't have the money.
She steals three go-carts from her father and convinces her two friends, Gus (Max Thieriot) and Austin (Corbin Bleu), to help her. They remain hesitant, so she tells both of them that she loves him and doesn't care for the other, and gives half of her friendship necklace to each of them, claiming she has the other half and kissing them both. They break into Harderbach Financial, a bank in which Maddy's mother, Molly (Jennifer Beals), had begun to work for, creating a security system. They manage to break in, but with her mother at the hospital visiting their father, she is forced to babysit her younger brother, Max (Grant Hayden Scott and Sean Avery Scott). She and Gus progress to a room with thousands of security deposit boxes while Austin keeps the guards away from them. Maddy has to free climb to get to the exit when her hook gets caught in a crack when using the handhelds. She cracks the code, finding it is Madeline, and they flee the room, unintentionally setting off an alarm. While escaping from the guard dogs, at which point Austin demonstrates his dog-training skills, the trio is caught by Gus's brother, who tases his partner (and then himself, though accidentally) after understanding the situation. However, just before escaping, Gus and Austin find out that Maddy played them after seeing each others' necklaces.
The two hop into their go carts, trailed by the police, but Austin holds all the cash in his cart, running out of gas. He then leaps into Gus's cart, and they escape to the hospital. However, they are caught up to by Maddy's mother, the bank security, the police, and the press. Maddy's mother then takes responsibility, saying that this was an authorized test for the bank's security. The press sympathizes with them, allowing them to hold a fundraiser the day after, earning enough money for Maddy's father's surgery. At the go cart rally after the operation, Gus and Austin make Maddy decide who she loves. She backs away while they argue, and they run after her when they realize she is trying to ditch them, which is how the movie ends.

=) I've watched the movie for a few times, find it nice.
heeheeee~

My Soul To Take!

Watched this last night with Carmen,Jhiyen,Carmen's sister and her friend!
It was awesome!
I didn't know who was in the movie..
and I never thought that Max Thieriot's in it as the male lead actor!

Here's a synopsis of the movie....
It's an American horror film written and directed by Wes Craven.
In 1994 Sarah Plankov, who is nine months pregnant. She was watching the news online about the RIPPER, who's a killer, the Ripper usually stabs her victims(mostly teenages) with a pocket knife thats craft with the word 'Vengeance' on the blade. Her husband,Abel Plankov was downstairs working on some craft for her daughter,Leah.  Abel found the rippers knife under his chair, and decided to call his psychologist,Dr.Blake, Abel has dissociative identity disorder and doesn't remember killing any of those victims. His other personalities has been trying to get out again and warned him not to call Dr.Blake if not they would kill his family.
Soon,Abel check on her wife which was sleeping next to him to be sure shes safe, but who knows. She was stabbed, the police was breaking in, and Abel's other personalities got out and wanted to kill all his family. The police rushed in and shoot Abel when he was about to kill Leah. Sarah, her wife which was pregnant, was sent to the hospital along with Abel(shot quite a few times, but still didn't die.) A accident happened on the way to the hospital, Abel got away, but luckily the baby in Sarah was taken out safely.
16 years later,
the students of Riverton High's "Riverton Seven" are Brandon (Nick Lashaway), Brittany (Paulina Olszynski), Alex (John Magaro), Penelope (Zena Grey), Adam 'Bug' Hellerman's (Max Thieriot), Jerome (Denzel Whitaker), who is blind, and Jay (Jeremy Chu), They are all born on the day when Ripper got away. Bug,who was the son of Abel didn't knew that his father was the Ripper, he had D.I.D, but too didn't know anything about it.
The killing starts at the day after The Ripper got away, 16 years ago. He came back? Or did his other souls went into one of the baby's that were born on the day he got killed?
It's for any of you to find it out!

Please do stop reading if any of you haven't watch the move yet, cause Im gonna talk about those shocking parts...haha!

Some pictures of the movie =)

The premiere!
(he looks way mature with this look, for a 22years old)
 Love her hair colour!
Guess who showed up during the premiere!
Emma Roberts! Gahhhhh~ love her!

I never thought that Max Thieroit was in the movie! I remember watching him as Gus in Catch That Kid! Along with Kristen Stewart and Corbin Bleu! It was a really nice movie.
About a girl, Maddy(Kristen Stewart) and her two friends Gus and Austin(Corbin Bleu). Will tall about that later!
lolss..

Anyway, the killer always attacks from behind, hey attacking from behind is really scary because Ripper always 'Boom' out! Shocked us~~ But I think attacking the victims in front would be fun to watch, you know, the scared face and all...! haha~ The mask which the Ripper wore was scary and spooky! He always stabs his victims and bloods would splattered every where!! xD
Oh, and a part where Bug made a  giant bird suit, that could puke and 'shit', during a class presentation! Alex(Bug's friend) got into the suit and started to 'fly' around the class and all. Bug's voice changed when he was talking in front of the class! That was freaky. Some times in the movie, they would show that bug was talking to himself with different voices and all. I think Max Thieriot's acting skills improved a lot as 'talking to yourself with different personalities' is quite to hard to act it out....

But hey who knows, It was actually Alex who killed all of them,
Eventually, the souls went into him.
At first, we all thought that Bug was the killer because he has D.I.D,
but no!
It was a turn at the end after Alex confess everything!
xD

Besides, his hot! haha~ Already good looking in Catch that Kid, and now hotter. lols.
Hey, who could say his not?

Carmen's sister fetched me went and back yesterday night,
they knew how to drive my house already, lols
Reached home about 2.30am+
Realized that I'm not going to bed in time nowadays,
eye bags are really killin me lately.

Gotta go~ =)

So, I still have no idea what college Im gonna study in next year...
As for the course... Maybe Graphic Design
Truly, I cant  find any interpretation/translator course.
I didn't forget how it felt like when I want to learn language.
It's not a 'hot' course,
and somehow Malaysia just doesn't offer this course.
Of course, beyond Malaysia has,
but hey, I don't have that kind of money!

Anyway, maybe they would be education fairs again in January.
So, I'll ask mummy to come along next time =)
She knows more, and will ask more.

Graphic Design actually caught my attention,
why?
Cuz I enjoy doing and that using the computer,
and I think I catch up quick. erhem....
So, it's not a bad idea but
Jhi Yen said graphic design is like working for others in you whole life
That's ok with me, as long as they promote me...haha~
and not in that job position like forever!
I don't want that...! ><
Able to own a company and be the boss
is very good!

Who knows, you might 'chap lap'? lols
Throughout these, New Era actually has a UK degree course
It's like studying the same thing in UK, but just that I'm in MY.

The test of wills between Jack Byrnes (Robert De Niro) and Greg Focker (Ben Stiller) escalates to new heights of comedy in the third installment of the blockbuster series --Little Fockers. Laura Dern, Jessica Alba and Harvey Keitel join the returning all-star cast for a new chapter of the worldwide hit franchise.

It has taken 10 years, two little Fockers with wife Pam (Polo) and countless hurdles for Greg to finally get "in" with his tightly wound father-in-law, Jack. After the cash-strapped dad takes a job moonlighting for a drug company, however, Jack's suspicions about his favorite male nurse come roaring back.

When Greg and Pam's entire clan -- including Pam's lovelorn ex, Kevin (Owen Wilson) -- descends for the twins' birthday party, Greg must prove to the skeptical Jack that he's fully capable as the man of the house. But with all the misunderstandings, spying and covert missions, will Greg pass Jack's final test and become the family's next patriarch...or will the circle of trust be broken for good?

It's gonna in in the theaters at 23 DEC 2010!

Watch some of the super-short video here!
http://www.littlefockers.net/site.htm

Can't write my own review cuz I havent watch it yet.
But hey, here's a trailer!

The puking, bloods splattering out, the dad-attacking-son part was funny!
Another movie for me to scream
Can't wait can't wait!

Tron Legacy!

After almost 30 years,
Disney has made the bold move to continue the story of Tron rather than reboot the original film. Yes, they're claiming that Tron: Legacy is a film that new eyes, who've never seen the clunky-yet-pioneering original film, can latch onto, but I honestly can't imagine seeing this new film without some sort of context. Sure, we're all overly familiar with the idea of a virtual world, but the Tron world needs a little more explanation than that and I fear that some things might get lost in translation, but I suppose that's not my job to worry about.

What you will get, regardless of their relationship with the 1982 film, is a thrilling, moving 3D adventure that will leave you wanting more. Whereas 3D has quickly become a dirty, corporate word, Tron: Legacy's use of the new technology to bring the audience directly into this very specific and unique world makes this movie a completely immersive experience.

TRON: LEGACY is a 3D high-tech adventure set in a digital world that's unlike anything ever captured on the big screen. Sam Flynn (GARRETT HEDLUND), the tech-savvy 27-year-old son of Kevin Flynn (JEFF BRIDGES), looks into his father's disappearance and finds himself pulled into the digital world of Tron where his father has been living for 25 years. Along with Kevin's loyal confidant Quorra (OLIVIA WILDE), father and son embark on a life-and-death journey of escape across a visually-stunning cyber universe that has become far more advanced and exceedingly dangerous.

Here's a trailer of it!

The movie  looks incredibly hot. With Joseph Kosinski at the helm,
the film promises to be, at the very least,
a visual spectacle worth the price of admission.
I love the effects and the graphic their putting up
and this is definitely a must watch with 3D!

It gonna be on screen in the 16th of DEC 2010, in Malaysia of course.
10 more days!

Oh ya, here's some pictures for the 10 days ahead! xD

Heading to the cinemas after my last paper for Economy!
yayy~
heehee!
